I am an inspiration (but sulk because they are better than mine)
Well, it seems my little blog post about what sort of boss I would be has inspired others to think about themselves… I posted it up at Blog Azeroth and have had some replies
Phaedra gave a wonderful roleplay story in her post at DI the Tank.
Exanna the Great sounds wonderful, hideous, fun. She requires raid awareness, good positioning and shopping know-how. I loved the idea of Stacks of Buyers Remorse.
TwilliK at Arcane Envoy presents us with M Lord of the Twilight Realm. Wow, just wow - LOT of work gone into that one.
Zan, who plays everything, initially thought of faction champions and was going to leave it there, but introduced his Myers Briggs personality result and came up with a manical ‘mastermind’
Some wonderful Roleplay stuff created by Dristanel at The Physician’s Log.
Windsoar included some pretty pictures covering abilities and locations in the post on Jaded Alt.
The scariest and most hilarious for me came from Ophelie at The Bossy Pally and the Giant Spoon. This bit had me giggling trying to imagine some of the guilds I’ve been in working out how to do it….
Every minute, I call out a number between 2 and 5. Raiders have a few seconds to group up according to that number. For example, if I call out three, they have to get into groups of three. Anyone who isn’t in a group of the correct number would be transformed into a stone figurine and stored on my shelf.
It’s brilliant! I can picture the theorycrafters coming up with ways of handling it. Would people prefer to stand with their friends, or shy away from certain people because they don’t trust them enough to not get them killed? Love it.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. I find the blogosphere amazing. So much stuff, so many bloggers, so much creativity. I feel like a tiny drop in an ocean of wonder.
