Guild Mum

It all started out so promising….

We arrived back on Arthas’ platform and set off for the kill. Go! (Well, wait for the boring speech, then GO!) Breezed through transition phase 1, were steady in transition phase 2 and moved on to attempt the final phase.

I got dragged kicking and screaming into the sword…..

I found Terenas there, valiantly fighting a Spirit Warden. I healed his socks off. (Do Old Kings wear socks?) Slowly he fought off the angry warden. I tossed in a few mass dispels for good measure (I forgot to put normal dispel on my bars). I heard some shouts from outside - “Move”, “Kill the adds”, “Run away from them”…..

Terenas was strong and succeeded in killing the Spirit Warden and I was released from Frostmourne ALIVE!

Sadly my colleagues were mostly dead and I returned into a pile of defile as the rest of us gave in to the might of the Lich King.

But, it was our best attempt ever (36%) …. it felt like THIS was going to be THE NIGHT.

Then the Gods got bored of us and left. We started to have multiple disconnects, lag spikes, babies crying, bladder problems……. and the rest of the night dropped off into a pile of miserable fail.

Oh PLEASE! PLEASE! Let me have a great raid soon. I want this guy dead so very much. We have the people and the skills to do it. I am so fed up of trying. It is reminding me of weeks on Ragnaros.
